For about 5 years designing UX in Bestay, Finhay, ColorME & GemCommerce, I have realized that the goal of every design is to solve problems for those who need them. They could be my end-users, my businesses, or even my own colleagues.
The most challenge of a UX Designer is determining the solutions that is appropriate for the context of end-users, business, and the market. To achieve this, profound understanding of any relevant aspect is immensely valuable.
